This policy applies to homeopathic kits and products purchased from Life Care Homeopathy on this website.

1. Cancellation

You can cancel your order for a full refund any time before it is dispatched by contacting us on WhatsApp or phone at 9244290070 with your payment ID. Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

2. Returns

For health and safety reasons, medicines cannot be returned once delivered, except in the cases below.

3. Damaged, Wrong or Missing Items

If your kit arrives damaged, leaking, or with a wrong or missing item, inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product. After verification we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund for the affected item.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds are initiated within 2 working days.
Refunds go back to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking or wallet) through Razorpay.
It usually takes 5–7 working days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank.
