By accessing the Website or booking a consultation, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services.

1. Services Offered

Life Care Homeopathy provides:

• In-person consultations at our clinic in Vindhyanagar, Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh
• Online consultations via WhatsApp or video call, available for patients across India
• Prescription of homeopathic remedies based on classical Hahnemannian principles
• Health guidance through blog articles, YouTube videos, and WhatsApp communications

Our services are provided by a qualified MD (Homeopathy) physician. They are not a substitute for emergency medical care. In case of a medical emergency, please contact the nearest hospital or call emergency services immediately.

2. Eligibility

By using this Website or booking a consultation, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are a parent or legal guardian booking on behalf of a minor. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during consultation.

3. Appointment Booking

• Appointments can be booked via our online booking page (powered by Razorpay), by calling +91 9244290070, or by messaging us on WhatsApp.
• Online appointments are confirmed only after payment is successfully received via Razorpay.
• For in-person consultations, no advance payment is required unless specified.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment in exceptional circumstances (e.g., doctor unavailability due to illness or emergency). In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative appointment slot.
• If you need to reschedule, please inform us at least 24 hours before your appointment via WhatsApp or phone.

4. Online Consultation Terms

• Online consultations are conducted over WhatsApp or video call as agreed at the time of booking.
• You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a private, quiet environment for your consultation.
• You must provide complete and accurate health information to receive appropriate medical advice. Withholding information may affect the quality of care.
• The homeopathic advice and remedies prescribed during an online consultation are based on the information you provide. Dr. Mamta Maurya is not liable for outcomes arising from incomplete or inaccurate information.
• Online consultations are not appropriate for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please seek immediate in-person medical care.

5. Payment Terms

Payments for online consultations are processed securely through Razorpay Software Private Limited, a licensed payment aggregator regulated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

• Accepted payment methods include UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and Razorpay-supported wallets.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment must be completed at the time of booking to confirm your online consultation slot.
• In the rare event of a duplicate charge or technical payment failure, please contact us immediately at +91 9244290070 with your Razorpay transaction ID and we will resolve it within 5–7 business days.
• By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

The following policy applies:

• No refunds for online consultations: Once payment has been made and your consultation is confirmed, the fee is non-refundable regardless of whether you attend the consultation, cancel, or reschedule.
• No refunds for missed appointments: If you miss your scheduled online consultation without prior notice, no refund or free rescheduling will be offered.
• No refunds for homeopathic remedies: Medicines dispensed at the clinic or recommended during consultation are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Doctor-initiated cancellations: If we cancel your appointment due to reasons on our end (e.g., doctor emergency), we will offer a free rescheduling at your convenience. A refund will be issued only if rescheduling is not possible within 30 days.
• Technical payment failures: If your payment was deducted but the booking was not confirmed due to a technical error, we will resolve the issue within 5–7 business days (refund or booking confirmation as applicable).

We strongly encourage you to confirm your availability before booking. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp.

7. Medical Disclaimer
